Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party (other than the carrier) indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You may do this by:
- Emailing support@norwoodlabs.co.uk with your order reference and a clear statement of withdrawal, or
- Downloading and completing the model withdrawal form below and returning it to us.
Important exception: sealed goods (Article 16(e))
Under Article 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (and its UK-equivalent), the right of withdrawal is extinguished for sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
All Norwood Labs research compounds ship with tamper-evident seals. Once the seal on a bottle or pouch is broken, that specific bottle or pouch can no longer be returned or refunded because it is no longer fit for onward supply as a research reagent. Unopened, sealed items in your order remain eligible for withdrawal.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Returning goods
You shall send back the goods, unopened and in their original sealed packaging, to Norwood Labs Ltd, 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Compliance note
This withdrawal policy is provided in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on consumer rights and equivalent UK legislation. It applies to consumer buyers (natural persons acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession). Business buyers agree separately to our Terms of Sale.
