Unopened bottles
Unopened bottles can be returned within 14 days of dispatch for a refund to your original payment method.
Opened bottles
Once an amber dropper bottle has been opened it cannot be returned. The compounds we supply are photosensitive and the contents can no longer be verified as untampered, so for research integrity we cannot restock or resell them.
How to start a return
Write to support@norwoodlabs.co.uk with your order reference and we will send return instructions. Do not post anything before we confirm.
Refunds
- Card refunds are processed through our payment provider and typically take 5-10 working days to reach your account.
- Bank transfer refunds are returned to the originating account.
- Crypto refunds are returned to the originating address.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, write to us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full.
If a batch fails its CoA
We stand behind our analysis. If you commission an independent assay and the result does not match the published Certificate of Analysis, write to us and we will replace the batch or refund it in full, and re-test on our side.
