Research use only
Everything we sell is supplied strictly for laboratory and research use. No product is for human or animal consumption, nor for any therapeutic, diagnostic or prophylactic use. None of our products are licensed medicines, and we make no medical or treatment claims about any of them.
No medical advice
Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a health concern, consult a qualified professional. We do not provide dosing, application or usage guidance.
Buyer responsibility
You confirm you are at least 18 years old and lawfully entitled to purchase the products for the stated research purpose. You are responsible for lawful use and for complying with all laws applicable to you.
Orders
An order is accepted when we dispatch it. We may decline an order at our discretion and will refund any payment made. Prices are as shown at the time you order.
Payment
We accept card (Visa, Mastercard and Amex) through an off-site processor. For delivery addresses in Great Britain, Fena Pay by bank and manual bank transfer are also available. Manual-transfer orders ship after we match the payment to the order reference. We do not receive your card number or bank login credentials.
Shipping
We ship to the United Kingdom and all EU-27 countries. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day dispatch the same day, tracked. UK delivery is the next working day. Full details are in our shipping policy.
Returns
Unopened bottles may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us before returning opened items; the sealed-goods exception may apply where its legal conditions are met. This does not affect faulty-goods rights. Full details are in our returns policy.
Data and CoAs
Published Certificates of Analysis describe the identified samples submitted to third-party laboratories. Reports are provided for research reference and are not a fitness-for-purpose statement.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the relevant order, and we accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
