Research use only
Everything we sell is supplied strictly for laboratory and research use. No product is for human or animal consumption, nor for any therapeutic, diagnostic or prophylactic use. None of our products are licensed medicines, and we make no medical or treatment claims about any of them.
No medical advice
Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a health concern, consult a qualified professional. We do not provide dosing, application or usage guidance.
Buyer responsibility
You confirm you are at least 18 years old and lawfully entitled to purchase the products for the stated research purpose. You are responsible for lawful use and for complying with all laws applicable to you.
Orders
An order is accepted when we dispatch it. We may decline an order at our discretion and will refund any payment made. Prices are as shown at the time you order.
Payment
We accept card (Visa and Mastercard) through a secure off-site processor, UK bank transfer, and crypto. Card details are processed entirely off-site and we never see or store them.
Shipping
We ship to United Kingdom addresses only. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day dispatch the same day, tracked. Full details are in our shipping policy.
Returns
Unopened bottles may be returned within 14 days of dispatch. Opened bottles cannot be returned, for research integrity. Full details are in our returns policy.
Data and CoAs
Certificates of Analysis are published in good faith from third-party laboratory reports and are provided for research reference. They are not a fitness-for-purpose statement.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the relevant order, and we accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
