The United Kingdom and all 27 European Union member states. We dispatch from our UK facility.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on a weekend or bank holiday, dispatch the next working day.
Carriers and tracking
UK orders ship tracked with Royal Mail Tracked 24 (next working day). EU orders ship tracked with Royal Mail International Tracked, which handles delivery via the destination country’s postal partner (Deutsche Post, La Poste, PostNL, etc.). You receive a tracking reference on dispatch.
Delivery time
- United Kingdom: next working day from dispatch.
- Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany: 2-4 working days.
- Rest of EU: 3-7 working days depending on destination.

- UK: Free over £70. £4.95 under £70.
- EU: £9.95 tracked. Free over £120.
EU customers: VAT and customs
EU orders include VAT at your country’s standard rate, collected at checkout. This means the parcel arrives cleared for delivery with no additional VAT, handling fees, or customs charges owed on arrival.
You will not receive a “pay on delivery” card. The price you pay at checkout is the total price you pay.
Packaging
Bottles are amber UV-glass, sealed and padded for transit. Published analytical reports document identified samples.
Delivery guarantee
If an order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is held, returned or seized by customs, we reship it free of charge. If a reship cannot reach you, we refund it in full, including EU VAT. Write to support@norwoodlabs.co.uk with your order reference and we will sort it out, no quibbling.
