Where we ship
The United Kingdom only. We do not currently ship internationally.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on a weekend or bank holiday, dispatch the next working day.
Carriers and tracking
We ship tracked with Royal Mail or DPD, and you receive a tracking reference on dispatch.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 1-2 working days of dispatch.
Cost
- Free UK delivery on orders over £70.
- £4.95 on orders under £70.
Packaging
Every bottle is amber UV-glass, sealed and padded for transit, and carries a QR code that resolves to its Certificate of Analysis.
Delivery guarantee
If an order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we replace it free of charge. Write to support@norwoodlabs.co.uk with your order reference and we will sort it out, no quibbling.
