Dispatch and delivery
Orders placed before 2pm on a UK working day ship the same day, tracked via Royal Mail (UK) or DHL Express (EU). EU orders include IOSS VAT, so no customs charges land on delivery.
Packaging
Every parcel goes out in plain, unmarked outer packaging. Bottles are tamper-evident, amber glass, boxed with padding and the batch's CoA slip.

Returns
Unopened, sealed bottles can be returned within 14 days per the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and EU withdrawal right. Opened bottles cannot be returned for safety and verification reasons. Lost or failed-purity shipments are reshipped at our cost.
