Dispatch and delivery
Orders placed before 2pm on a UK working day ship the same day, tracked via Royal Mail (UK) or Royal Mail International Tracked (EU). EU VAT is collected at checkout, so no customs charges land on delivery.

Every parcel goes out in secure protective outer packaging. Bottles are tamper-evident, amber glass, boxed with padding.

Returns
Notify us within 14 days of delivery to withdraw. If a bottle has been opened, contact us before returning it so we can assess whether the sealed-goods exception applies. Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected. Lost or failed-purity shipments are reshipped at our cost.
